Our role as caregivers is to foster appropriate experiences that foster social-emotional, creativity, physical, and cognitive development with a caring and joyful staff. Meet the Owner, Sharon Jackson
Sharon Jackson is the owner and operations manager of Array of Light Home Care, and she has three staff members: one full—time and two qualified substitutes. Sharon is committed to quality, which is why she focuses on training and continuing education. Sharon attends the University of Alabama, concentrating on a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies, making her more than qualified to assist families she serves. Sharon is the Alabama state representative for the National Association for Family Child Care. Sharon is also the co-founder of Hands-on Alabama Connecting Communities Together Association, which assists with technical assistance. Sharon enjoys bringing people together to celebrate, grow, and learn.
